Its copper resistance allows a perfect extraction, without bitterness, thanks to a temperature of the group oscillating between 92° and 96° (which dissolves the aromatic oils, thus giving an ideal balance between bitterness and sweetness)
The heating plate located under the glass carafe switches off automatically after 40 minutes, it allows you to keep your coffee at the ideal temperature. In terms of cleaning, the main elements are removable to facilitate cleaning.

What is the ideal recipe for a good filter coffee?
If you like aromatic coffee: 6 grams for 100ml of water, or 60 grams for 1 litre.
If you like intense coffee: 7 grams for 100ml of water / 70 grams for 1 litre.
