Coffee is a journey, which nourishes us through exchange and discovery. This inertia allows us to consolidate our approach to coffee, to draw humility and passion from the reality of producing countries. And it is for this reason that we are setting up a trusted partnership in Colombia with La Real Expedición Botánica in order to enhance the work of coffee growers and extract all the finesse and aromatic complexity of their coffee cherries.
This local anchoring ensures us an authentic alignment of values - essential in our eyes - and a transparency allowing us to contribute to a virtuous and fair production chain.
We involve some of our producers in the roasting phase to feed us with their knowledge and expertise in order to sublimate their coffees to the height of their work and passion.
Through this exclusive partnership, we want to create a meeting place with coffee growers, to fully take our responsibilities in order to enhance the entire production chain.
