We roast our coffees like encounters.

Our roasting workshop was born in 2018, in Toulouse. It is the result of a meeting between two enthusiasts over an espresso. From this meeting was born the desire to create a new coffee experience for Toulouse residents.

We started with a coffee shop located within the Etincelle coworking space, in the heart of Toulouse. The place, which very quickly became the pulse of these offices, aimed to offer the best coffee to coworkers and visitors while making them discover the richness and nobility of this culture. This place has contributed to the emergence of the Toulouse specialty coffee scene through, for example, popularization workshops for the general public and professionals. The passion and energy deployed by Carlos Rodriguez, Jesus Fontecha and Sébastien Hordeaux enabled Finnca (now called Étincelle Café) to quickly establish itself as an essential place for specialty coffee in Toulouse .

In 2018, we made the decision to focus solely on roasting. We are convinced that this is a pivotal transformation step that allows; to sublimate the work of all the actors who contribute to the journey of green coffee to us; to have a real impact in producing countries , without bullshit or opportunistic posturing; to support professionals and consumers in discovering and extracting all the richness of this culture ; and to share our passion , our values ​​and our philosophy with as many people as possible.

Our goal is to crystallize all the work and passion of coffee growers into a cup and share it with friendliness, humility and simplicity.

We roast our coffees the way we like to drink and share them because a good coffee is a pleasant pretext to go to the other, to meet, to meet, to say see you soon, to debate, to dream and to remake the world.

Today, we explore and introduce new aromatic terrains to amateurs and professionals who want to discover a new taste experience.
