The Real Botany Expedition
Create and streamline a direct and virtuous relationship between coffee growers and roasters by redistributing the game cards.
The Real Expedición Botánica is a collective of Colombian coffee growers and roasters committed to the same values of transparency and fairness in order to build a better presence on the coffee market and to promote the entire sector. The objective is to pool post-harvest production and market access in order to create a value chain while involving roasters.
As a roaster, we are very proud to be part of this wonderful project, driven by values that we fully share.
Based in Bogotá, Herbert and Ana support small Colombian coffee growers while building a relationship of trust with roasters around the world, eager to commit sustainably and fully to this collective project by paying a fair price for the producers' work.
Beyond the exceptional quality of the harvests, we particularly appreciate the level of transparency and information to which we have access as a roaster, which allows us to make our customers aware of the reality in the producing countries and to offer experiences exceptional tastes.
The success of the collective is based on the passionate impulse of Ana and Herbert and their desire to communicate and work together between the coffee growers who produce extraordinary coffees and those who, like us, sublimate their passion and the quality of their work on a daily basis.
