Our workshop
In a perpetual quest for quality, we work every day to equitably promote the entire specialty coffee sector, from the production farm to the roasting with the sole aim of making you travel.
We roast our coffees with deep respect for producers and consumers.
All our coffees are meticulously sourced, roasted and checked by Carlos Rodriguez , our master roaster and Franco-Colombian coffeeologist in order to fairly sublimate the entire production chain and extract the best aromatic profile from green coffees.
In order to offer a discovery of the world of coffee, our discovery and improvement sessions take place in our workshop in order to offer a real immersion in our profession, from the sourcing of green coffee to the extraction, including roasting and Quality Control.
Our workshop is located at 197 Avenue de Fronton, 31200 Toulouse. Workshop open only by appointment from Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
