Hayuco Coffee Roasters sources, imports direct trade and roasts fine coffees from exceptional terroirs in strict compliance with the work of coffee growers.

The roasting phase consists in sublimating the work of all the actors who cultivate and contribute to the journey of the green coffee to you, with the ultimate goal of crystallizing in a cup all the work and the passion of the producers to share it with conviviality, humility and authenticity. >Coffees are roasted like a meeting, a sweet pretext to slow down time, reach out to others, get together, say see you soon, take care of yourself and others, debate, dream and remake the world.

The collaboration between Tonsor & Cie and Hayuco Coffee Roasters was born from a meeting over coffee. We share the same values, the same demand for quality, precision of know-how and a relationship to time conducive to discovery and sensory escape. It is this alignment of our respective philosophies that gave birth to this unique place, imagined as a bubble, a journey, and where coffee is served with passion, as an ode to the terroir, to craftsmanship, to discovery and to sharing.
