Do you want to discover and explore the aromatic richness of specialty coffee and change your coffee routine at home? Here is a workshop dedicated to the initiation to gentle methods.

This workshop is a gateway to the world of coffee via filtered methods, also called soft, offering a wider aromatic panel than the traditional espresso.

Our baristas will make you discover the sweetness of filter coffees, their specificities and the possibilities they offer on a daily basis.

Duration: 1h00

Place : in our shop at 31 rue Bouquières

Maximum number of participants per session: 6 persons

When: the workshops take place on Monday afternoons.

Who is it for ?

Amateurs (enlightened or not), catering professionals or simply curious.

Valid for 1 year from purchase.

What do we cover during this workshop?

— Introduction to specialty coffee

— The differences between filter methods and espresso

— The importance of dosage, water, grind and extraction time

— Tasting of different soft methods (V60, Chemex, Origami, Aeropress, Delter, French Press...)

— Understand the taste of coffee and the parameters to use at home for a good filter coffee

If your last-minute schedule does not allow you to take advantage of your session, all you have to do is let us know 48 hours in advance so that we can pass it on to an interested person on the waiting list. Otherwise, no refund will be accepted.
