A passion deserves to be shared with as many people as possible. And it is for this reason that we have imagined an initiation and immersion workshop in our daily life as roasters in order to share our profession by making people discover, by appealing to all the senses, the complexity of roasting.

What do we cover during this workshop?

You will be immersed for 3 hours in our roasting workshop alongside our roaster and coffeeologist Carlos Rodriguez

— Introduction to specialty coffee (historical, cultural and economic)

— Historical and economic evolution of the roaster profession

— Discovery of green coffee and the importance of sourcing

— Overview of the overall operation of the roasting machine

— Sensory analysis & introduction to cupping

If your last-minute schedule does not allow you to take advantage of your session, all you have to do is let us know 48 hours in advance so that we can pass it on to an interested person on the waiting list. Otherwise, no refund will be accepted.

In our perpetual quest for quality , we work every day to fairly value the entire specialty coffee supply chain , from the farm to the roastery, with the sole aim of taking you on a journey. We roast our coffees with deep respect for both producers and consumers . All our coffees are meticulously sourced by Carlos Rodriguez , a Franco-Colombian roaster and coffee expert , and roasted in Toulouse to fairly enhance the entire production chain.
